I received a notification this afternoon that my account has been deactivated, and the reason given was that I need to do an identity verification video call. They also said I missed my appointment for one on the 5th of June. I was never informed about the need for this video call and certainly never scheduled it. Regardless, I submitted all of the documentation they asked me to immediately, but am unable to schedule a video call until the 2nd of July. This greatly impacts my business and is a disservice to my customers, who depend on my products to maintain regulatory compliance. I have been on hold now for 15 minutes trying to connect to an account health specialist. I have been unable to speak to one since I received the notification hours ago. Also, I have a pending order right now.

discussion.ivw been trying to add products on the app but everything I go to do I get a blank white page o. The next screen. It let's me added on the desktop but not the app. This just happened about 36 hours ago. Please help

HERE WE GO AGAIN

Shipment was picked up by UPS on May 13, 2025 and simply vanished without a scan anywhere. What are we supposed to do??? How can we avoid this??? Now I have to wait three months or something like that, and then seller service says "No scan we can't help you."

Has anyone else seen a sudden drop in sales? Our have dropped almost to zero sales. Called Amazon Seller support many times and they keep saying nothing wrong. But it is unbelievable as we are not getting any sales. Prior to this all our FBA inventory showed up as zero. We have also increased ad spend but the result is almost non-existent sales. Which is bizarre. Feels like an Amazon system glitch. Sales dropped by 3000+ USD! Very bad for small businesses. Please provide any suggestions or actions we can take to address this. Amazon partner support is no help. We have many products meeting deals criterion but we can't create any either.
