VTR - Royal mail to US customers

Hi, we intend to begin shipping all orders from the UK to the US (Amazon.com customers) using the "Royal Mail International Tracked" service. This service is fully tracked from pick up to delivery. How will Amazon be able to verify the tracking information and will using this service guarantee that our Valid Tracking Rate is above 95%

Royal Mail is not currently an integrated Amazon carrier but integrated Amazon carriers are prohibitively expensive for our customers. (over $20)

Adding GPSR: warning and safety information in bulk

My products do not require safety information, I am clicking the box to say this but is there an easy way to do this in bulk? And can I do it so it goes across all marketplaces instead of each individual one?

Again Amazon seem to be ignoring there own policys

026-5714496-2672357. customer has not returned product started A-z claim won a large amount back and not returned.

Not bad for a customer and for amazon to grant have appealed and they take no notice of the facts.

Any help please

TRANSFERRING FROM SOLE TRADER TO LIMITED COMPANY

Hello,

I am currently registered as a sole trader in amazon and been selling from 14 months on amazon.

Now, my sales has exceeded the UK VAT threshold of £85,000 and I am required to provide the VAT Number.

My accountant suggested to register for a limited company instead and apply VAT for limited company rather than sole trader.

My company address would be different to my current sole trader address.

Can anyone guide me through the process to transfter sole trader to limited company with a new address ? Like, what all documents do I need to gather (and from where) before initiating the process ?

I would really appreciate the help.

Hello, fellow Amazon sellers,

I’m facing a frustrating issue and could use some advice. I’m a registered Amazon seller with a trademark and brand registry. I sell branded chocolates under my own product listing. However, another seller has started selling their own product under my listing.

Customers think they are buying my chocolates, as shown in the pictures, but they end up receiving a different product from the other seller. This is misleading, damaging to my brand, and hurting my business reputation.

I’ve already reported this to Amazon, but their response is slow, and in the meantime, this issue persists.

Has anyone faced a similar problem? What steps did you take to resolve it quickly and effectively? Any tips on how to escalate this with Amazon or prevent it in the future?

Your insights would be greatly appreciated!

I am sick and tired of Brand Team and Customer services

We have received a violation - Suspected Intellectual Property Violations

The item is a foil balloon manufactured by Flexmetal Balloons and an active license agreement issued by HASBRO.

I have now been going round and round in circles as Amazon are not accepting this and have asked for an agreement from the brand "Transformers"

I have told them countless times that HASBRO are the legal owners of Transformers but they are adamant that my listing violates their policy and will remain removed.

Then they advised that they have accepted the agreement and reinstated the listing so I asked for the violation to be removed and now they are saying that they will only remove it if the rights owner retracts the complaint.

This was not a received complaint but amazon themselves suspecting our product.

I am tired of going round and round.

Today - They have now issued another Suspected Intellectual Property Violation for a different item again for transformers.

I attempted disbursement last night It confirmed it was successful but when I checked I had not been sent the usual disbursement confirmation email PLUS the disbursement showed ,...no disbursement was made.

I assumed I had made an error so over 24 hours later, ie so eligible for a disbursement. I actioned a £810 disbursement and I enclose screenshots which confirmed I had "successful initiated transfer" ie the same message I have always received in the past.

BUT again it then showed the full amount (including the £810) was in my balance and on checking it stated that "no disbursement made"

Confusing as initially it confirmed that the disbursement had been successful and then a minute later completely cancelled out the disbursements

I have only had issue with disbursement before when the changeover to the "7 day balance" came into play a couple months ag

The £810 I have tried to disburse was funds from over 7 days ago so completely eligible to be disbursed

Can anyone help this

Initially Amazon gave the £810 as available to disburse (even confirmed it was successful)

Has anyone else had a problem disbursing over christmas, I am still on daily and I have disbursed and the button is now greyed out, if I click again it says I cannot disburse again, but the amount is still sitting there 24 hrs later.
