The Customer Loyalty Analytics dashboard, available in Seller Central, allows you to tap into these valuable insights and segment customers based on their interactions with your brand.

The Customer Loyalty Analytics dashboard lets you:

  • Identify customers who have never purchased with you, customers who haven’t made a purchase in a while, or customers who added items to their basket but didn’t complete the purchase (basket abandoners), and engage or re-engage these segments by offering targeted festive season promotions
  • Identify your most loyal customers or those who might be slipping from that segment and re-engage them with personalised festive season offers like special discounts or limited-time promotions (via dashboard recommendations) that speak directly to repeat customers

How should I respond to this A-Z Case? strange buyer

Buyer opened a return case about a week ago with reason 'unauthorized purchase', they have bought with us in the past so I knew it wasn't unauthorized so either opened with wrong reason or dodgy

Nothing has been returned thus far and Evri tracking states they haven't received anything

Anyway buyer opened A-Z Claim last night with reason; 'Different from what I ordered' and comments; "Nothing went wrong. Unauthorised purchase and have undergone major surgery"

How should I respond to Amazon? Should I email customer?

Order was delivered with Fedex

I don't sell much on Amazon these days so not well versed in A-Z Claims and usually wouldn't care too much but this is more expensive than our usual orders at £160

Hi All

Whilst we are still waiting for buyers to realise it's nearly Xmas I thought I would run a poll & the results will be instant for all to see. If like me you're tired of all the INR claims (mainly false I my view) it does not happen on ebay anything like as much & I am using the same carrier.

My question is a simple YES / NO

In all the time that you have been selling on Amazon has a buyer who had been previously refunded for INR ever reached out a later date to advise that the item did in fact show up & offer to repay you?

Will be interesting to see the results

As per title. Despite providing Amazon proof of delivery, I am stuck in a repeated loop of Amazon claiming that they have no record of delivery. It is always the same copy/ paste response.

Need a mod to intervene as we've been going around the same loop for weeks now.

FBM Book sales

Hi everyone,

I just wondered in general what are used book sales like through FBM at the moment/In general? Steady amount of orders per month?

I'm currently selling my books through FBA but planning on changing this to FBM soon due to the GPSR coming in on 13th December and being able to disable Northern Ireland shipping through FBM.

Obviously id imagine with FBA you get more sales due to prime but just wondered if anyone could share there thoughts on FBM used books?

After updating the template, the original SKU and attributes remain unchanged, but the original ASIN is replaced by the new ASIN and the old ASIN is lost. How can I restore the original ASIN?

Hi, I've had our account suspended & have received the following message. Which is strange because i don't drop ship & i have always shipped the products on the same day.

Any ideas what I can do. I have shown photos of our retail store, evidence of purchase direct from manufacturer, Invoices etc. Very annoying to have to prove compliance to srop shipping when i don't do it.

-- If you are facing logistics issues that are impacting proper fulfillment of your orders, provide reasons and supporting evidence associated with these for consideration during your review.
