I've been buying Large Letter 1st Class postage through Amazon's 'Buy Shipping' button and I wondered whether Large Letter 2nd Class postage would still count for valid tracking? I've been reading conflicting things online, so just want to make sure as currently my VTR is not looking great - on my first ever order I read some bad advice online and hand-delivered it as the customer was just around the corner from me...

As a separate question, for some reason under VTR it is saying the below, even though I've shipped more than 1 of the same item:

Number of non-exempted shipments: 1

Shipments with valid tracking: 0

Any ideas why this is?

Found an interesting seller on 21 November 2024 on an ASIN, selling very cheap, much below cost.

The selling price was so low that I decided to check them out. To my surprise their Companies House registration number displayed on Amazon showed the company was dissolved in December 2023, almost a year ago!

What happened to Amazon's verification checks?

Has anyone seen something like this before?

I received an email on Nov 18 from Amazon Ads saying that I was eligible to receive a £500 promotional credit on Sponsored Brand Ads. The next day, I set up a sponsored brand ad and put the lifetime budget at 500. The budget spent within two days, but instead of receiving a promotional credit, my account was charged and I never received the promised promotional credit. Has this happened to anyone else? These are really deceptive and fraudulent practices by Amazon.

Lost goods in Amazon FBA center

Good morning,

Amazon has lost my inventory in the FBA warehouse for the shipment with ID: FBA15JBKGRMK. According to the carrier, the shipment arrived at the FBA warehouse (BLQ1) on 08/08/2024 (I have proof of delivery with the Amazon employee's signature). The shipment status has remained "in transit." After contacting Amazon on 19/09/2024, I received a response stating that the shipment never arrived at the warehouse (Case ID: 10219193052).

Amazon requested the following documents: an invoice, the quantity of goods sent, and proof of delivery. Since then, I have only been receiving the following message:

"After a review of your shipment FBA15JBKGRMK, we've determined that it is not yet eligible for reconciliation. Waiting until the shipment is eligible helps ensure that the products in your shipment have had sufficient time to reach the appropriate fulfillment centers. This includes your products that need to be reshipped to other locations in order to be closer to customers."

I have already opened another case regarding the missing goods: (CASE ID10485886992), but since 2 weeks, no one from Amazon support has responded.

I know this issue has affected several sellers before, so I kindly ask for your advice on how you managed to resolve this problem.

I usually appeal these and get the ODR strike reversed but had all 3 appeals rejected. All orders were shipped on time and buy shipping was used on all too. Hoping an Amazon mod can escalate for me?

FBA fees quantity more than quantity sold

I have been looking through my SKU economics report and have noticed for some items, the FBA fees quantity is higher than the amount ive sold. For example, in a given period I sold 468 units of one item (-8 returns), yet for FBA fees quantity on the same item and period, it shows 484.

Does anyone have any idea why this is?

Has any one else noticed EVRI surcharging 0.60 for hundreds of transactions?

I can prove these are under 1kg and small parcels.

I just find the whole process of buying labels through seller central daunting as EVRI can incorrectly charge whatever they want, after the fact. With Parcel2go, they will not let you continue if you don't clear the past days surcharges. Amazon need to change their method of doing things as it's ripe for abuse by couriers.

All these 60p surcharges were under 1kg and within small parcel dimensins. they add to hundreds of pounds a month.

i had a phone call from seller support staff and he was trying to bully me into changing the COO info. I feel overwhelmed and i just want to close all my european stores.

i contacted seller support and they don't have a clue.

does anyone know how i can do this please

the way he was behaving on the phone made me sick, i couldn't understand his strong french accent. He was repeating himself and was speaking so fast. He wouldn't let me speak. He was acting like a bully tbh. Im almost 50 years old and the guy who phoned me sounded like a kid. I asked to speak to his manager and he laughed and said i can't. Then he just hung up the phone.
