Dear Moderator,

We are writing to you out of frustration with seller support, as we seem to be going around in circles without resolution. We are currently experiencing issues with several orders and hope you can assist us.

In a few instances, A-to-z Guarantee claims were closed by the buyer, the buyer was recharged, but we have not received the corresponding credit. Additionally, we have an instance where an order was refunded to the buyer without a return request or the item being returned to us.

As a small seller, we cannot afford losses such as these and are very concerned about what is happening. We sincerely hope you can help us resolve these issues.

Ungating lego

Hello,

I am a new seller trying to get ungated in different Brands. I have purchased 10 items off of the official LEGO store, provided pictures of the items, packaging, invoice and it keeps on getting rejected - I spoke to customer service and all they could tell me was its a problem with the invoice. Do you have any idea what this may be? Any tips?

I have had a customer who is extremely unreasonable. Item arrived damaged so we collected and refunded the product. they still left negative feedback and tried to order again. I do not want this person as a customer but Amazon will not let us block them from buying. I want to cancel the order but fear they will leave negative feedback and just re order again. Can anyone please shed some light on this.

Hi, has anyone had similar? We have a gift wrap that is in the correct (home) category, but in Nov '23 it started incurring an additional variable closing fee of 50p per item. It turns out it was also in the BOOK category, this was not done by us and we were unable to see it through our seller account. Presumably this happened because it has the word "MAP" in the description. Eventually the error was rectified and we are now being charged just once, and correctly. Understandably, we would like to be reimbursed for the 1200+ units that we were charged double for. We've been going round and round in the system since December; at one point we thought we'd reached some sort of agreement that the refund would be made, but now we're back at square one, receiving template responses. We are begging associates to read the whole sorry story, rather than just the last one or two messages. We need a dedicated specialist to talk to, but we're being told that's not possible.

If a rep can help, the Case ID 10846143972 is the current one - BUT the original Case ID 10609189562 was 'accidentally' closed down by an Associate in February, so we effectively had to start again!

I am listing some secondhand books for sale, as I have done in the past. However, there are several which I am now unable to list as Amazon now needs me to request seller approval for the brands in question (the publishers of the books).

In each case, I am only selling a single copy and it is one that I bought some time ago for my personal use. I no longer have the receipt(s) but in any case, this would only be for a single copy and not list my address etc. As a result, I am unable to provide the documentation requested.

The publishers include Sage, Routledge, MIT Press and I.B. Tauris. Is there a solution to this issue? Currently, these branding restrictions make it impossible for an individual to sell their own books online through Amazon.

Lost buy box on every listing overnight

Hi all,

I've lost every single buy box overnight, there appears to be a glitch on my account. My account health is perfectly fine, no IPs etc.

One example I have a product priced at £12 FBA but an FBM seller is winning buy box at £19. My offer is sat in other offers despite being quicker, cheaper and more reviews etc.

I've set up cases but it's taking too long - please can someone assist asap.

A-Z 'Different From What I Ordered'

Can ANYONE help direct me on what we can do when a customer LIES and says they receive the wrong item and open an A-Z? I had a customer as much as admit they sent the wrong item (shown in messages) but Amazon STILL grant the A-Z... ignoring our appeal.

Is there ANY way to get through these cases or is ir game over when a return comes through with that as the reason? The scammers just win?

I've had lots of cases now where I've lost and customers are stealing so much money from us through Amazon....

Customer Return Not Received

Hi,

I'm hoping someone can help. A customer requested to return an item on 2nd May saying it was damaged. The return was automatically accepted. It has been 30 days and still not received the item back and there is no tracking for me to track where it is.

I contacted customer support and all they said was track the item, if is has been lost then refund the customer and make a claim. I told them there is no tracking for me to track the return and the customer is not responding to my messages.

What should i do? Should i just cancel the return as it's been over 30 days and i can't keep waiting.

We have recently registered our brand name on amazon. Our products have a trademark printed on them. Currently, our products are listed as Generic. How can I change the listing brand name from Generic to my own trademark brand name?
