Shipping adjustments added suddenly

Suddenly, was billed today for shipping adjustments randomly. So, around 5 charges was billed to me, when the item was already delivered successfully on May 15th. I can understand the parcel dimensions changes by a little bit but the weight? Before shipping it off, i weight the item with the box itself and it was only 200+ grams, but i was billed an extra $100 today, and it says the weight was 1.5kg instead? Why am i billed suddenly when the item was already delivered?

I contacted DHL customer support but of course they asked me to contact Amazon instead as they are the Payee.

Has anyone got their units checked in? I have not got any updates and it still shows delivered. I have 2 packages shipped and delivered on May 7th and has been stuck on delivered.

Inventory Dispose

We would like to clarify the following once and for all: Our seller account was deactivated from February 26 to May 14. During this period, we had no access to Seller Central and therefore could not receive any notifications

So the question remains: Why was sellable inventory disposed of?

We are not even asking for the units back. We are simply requesting reimbursement for the inventory that was disposed of without proper warning or communication.

We expect a fair resolution. Please process the payment for the disposed units so we can continue doing business on your platform. This matter should not be treated lightly.

My account is already restricted and I haven't been able to use it for over a year. All of a sudden I got a money that I owe money? You guys deducted -10K into other? As if deducting every month was not enough now youre taking it and trying to charge me money? That doesnt make sense at all.

Hi Amazon Team,

We submitted a product video for ASIN [B0DYC9QXDG] and it has now been rejected three times, even after we made adjustments to fully comply with the content guidelines. Unfortunately, we were not provided with any specific reason for the rejections.

We’ve already:

- Contacted Seller Support twice, but they were unable to assist

- We emailed to Amazon Community as Seller Support suggested, but there has been no reoly

- Ensured the video does not include any medical claims, prohibited elements, or policy violations

- Removed any potentially triggering terms or visuals based on Community Guidelines

Despite these changes, the video continues to be rejected without clarity, and we are unable to resolve the issue without further guidance.

We would greatly appreciate if someone from the moderation or listings escalation team could take a look at the video or provide more details on what needs to be adjusted so we can comply fully.

Hi Amazon Team,

I have 26 orders that were affected by 'Adjustment' charges. These charges are incorrect and appear to be based on false data. Amazon Case ID: 17832140561

The reason given is: "The shipping services purchased for the package did not match the carrier-reported charge for shipping the package."

However, the issue lies with DHL not applying the discounted shipping rates available through Amazon, which has led to unusually high adjustment charges.

For example, I entered the following dimensions and weight at the time of shipment:

Dimensions (LxWxH): 20.0 x 11.0 x 14.0 cm

Package Weight: 1.008 kg

DHL's reweigh and remeasure data lists:

Dimensions: 6.8 x 4.9 x 8.4 cm

Package Weight: 1.1 kg

Even using DHL’s revised measurements, the adjustment charge of –$90.62 is excessive and does not reflect the corporate discounted rates I should receive through DHL’s Amazon Buy Shipping..

All 26 orders have either incorrect remeasurement data or unreasonably high adjustments. As a result, I am incurring a total loss of approximately $1,700 in shipping adjustments.

I kindly request that these charges be thoroughly reviewed and refunded as soon as possible.

Hello Seller Forum members.

I am Nina and the founder of Mavarmcorp.

Amazon was something that for many years I have researched and wanted to start. Took some courses, started researching on my own to make sure I comply with every rules, terms and conditions.

Finally, this year I have decided to buy bulk items from a US based distributor where I get an invoice, detailed manifest. As I read before how to ungate the listings, I needed to have a distributor or manufacturer's invoice. I do have the distributor's invoice with supply chain. At the beginning I received approvals but past month all brands declined me. First time applying it is asking me to provide 10 units but then declines me stating I must have 100 units then 400 units. It is so frustrating because I have invested my time, money, for past few years to understand Amazon and finally when I took the risk to start my business just got stuck and now I don't know what else to do. SPS never helps all they say internal team and you cannot contact internal team at all. I was wondering how else I can contact with Amazon? but not with regular associates who cannot help at all.

I thought Amazon is a great platform for resellers and majority of the business is through 3p resellers.

Nuestra cuenta fue desactivada en México y, como consecuencia, todas las demás cuentas en otras regiones también se han visto afectadas. Además, han eliminado deliberadamente todos nuestros listados de productos.

Al revisar los correos electrónicos recibidos, vimos que uno de nuestros ASIN fue señalado por supuesta infracción de marca registrada. Sin embargo, al consultar nuestras copias de respaldo, confirmamos que dicho producto no tiene relación directa con esa marca. Lo que vendemos son accesorios compatibles, no el producto principal de la marca. Por ejemplo, vendemos fundas para una determinada tablet de marca reconocida, no la tablet en sí. La mención de la marca en el título es simplemente para informar mejor al consumidor, lo cual está permitido (hemos encontrado información al respecto en Amazon University).

Por ello, sospechamos que se trata de un error de cálculo del sistema. Esta cuenta representa una parte fundamental de nuestro negocio, es la esperanza de nuestra empresa, y en este momento realmente nos sentimos impotentes.

Listing hijacked and listed on the UK

The product, which is normally sold on the US marketplace, was hijacked and listed on the UK marketplace with altered product descriptions that inaccurately classify it as hazardous. SDS (Safety Data Sheet) files is submitted multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved. The reason given is that the product descriptions on the two marketplaces are contradictory, making classification impossible. However, it cannot be modified the product information there. This back-and-forth has been going on for two weeks without any resolution.Please help!!!
