We are new to selling on Amazon and cannot figure out why our one and only listing is not "Buyable" to customers. We have one listing marked as "Active" with no issues preventing it from being sold. There is plenty of inventory available, there is no issue with our Amazon Seller account health (confirmed with the Amazon Seller Account Health department), we are the only seller on Amazon using the ASIN/SKU numbers that are on our listing, and we have tried everything recommended by Amazon Seller Support to get our listing to show as "buyable" to customers including:

- Deleting our listing and re-listing with the same ASIN and SKU numbers

- Deleting our listing and re-listing with the new ASIN and SKU numbers

- Confirming our account is healthy with the Account Health team

- Updating the details on our 3 variations in the listing to hopefully "refresh" the listing

Our lisiting is searchable but has the message "Currently unavailable. We don't know when or if this item will be back in stock."

My account got deactivated i am a new seller they asked for invoice my manufacturer gave me everything still they rejected the appeal declaration brand authorization invoices delivery note receipts and supplier info too I'm very much tensed about the issue as my funds are stuck without any reason my even my documentation is legit. can anyone please help if the what should be the template of invoices as they rejected the previous ones invoices and what should i do next

I need assistance please with the link as it does not work. I have been asked to follow the next instructions to complete the virtual identity verification: 1. Access the following link:

BUT I have tried numerous times and the link does not work. I have tried in both Chrome and Safari. I have deleted my history, cookies and cleared the cache and it still does not work. I queried it and was just sent the same link. I can see many others have had the same problem but I cannot see a solution posted.

This is really urgent now as my account has been deactivated, I believe in error and I really need to discuss this with someone.

New seller here… 3 months ago I started...I have sold about $210.00 worth of stock. my payout total is $6.70 cents!!!!

I have 3 products for sale, 3 ads running at a dollar a day. with ad costs and amazons fees, this business is not viable for me. I make my own wood products (handmade) so my cost is super cheap. and im still not making a profit!!! I raise the price of my item to attempt to offset amazons fees but their fees also raise when I raise my price (15% = cant Win) im trying to keep my product priced in line with everyone else (7.99 range) and sales trickle in. ive re-done my listing/keywords, re-done my pictures. I set the price to $9.99 and they dont sell at all. so im back to 7.99. making a dollar of each item. then that $1 profit goes to ad fees. it costs me $22.00 just to send my items to amazon. im not getting that initial money back.. im in the negative in every area cross the board. my upfront costs aren’t covered and with no profit, I dont see a way to continue as it currently stands. are y’all really making money on here? cause the only ones I see making money here is amazon. an no, im not a registered brand. I wanted to see if this business was profitable before I made that leap. glad I waited.

I need to use Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) to ship a new order. However, the customer placed an FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) order before the product arrived at the Amazon warehouse. The phone number field in MCF is limited to 20 characters, but the buyer's contact number in Amazon’s order details has been converted into a virtual number with an extension, which exceeds the limit.

Should have set up as individual

I went through all the steps to set up what I thought was an individual account but turned out to be a professional account. For what I'm selling, the $3.99 shipping cost is perfectly OK, I don't need any of the bells and whistles, I'm not selling B2B, and I don't want to sell to Mexico or Canada. I'm now trying to figure out how to fix it. I downgraded to individual but that won't take effect until August 11. I see two options. Can I keep my store "on vacation" until August 11 but use this time to enter my inventory or should I close the store altogether and open a new store for an individual account (assuming I can find the magic button for individual accounts). Any advice is welcome.
