Unable to assign a deposit method

Hello, I have an issue for months with updating my deposit method and so far it hasn't been resolved and it is stopping me from running my Amazon business. On my account there is the message that my deposit method is either missing, invalid or not assigned for Amazon.com. When I add my bank account it says that the new deposit method has been successfully assigned but after that it simply disappears and I get the invalid deposit method message again. That has been going on for months. A little bit of history: My bank did a merger last year so I had to update the bank account number because the previous one was no longer valid. Strangely, it worked for the Amazon Mexico and Amazon Canada marketplaces, but not for the main Amazon.com one. Any help is greatly appreciated because right now I am unable to get money or create shipping plans and send inventory to Amazon.

Why does Amazon monitor Pricing?

So it seems like more often than not, some issue arises with Amazon thinking a price on a product is too high for their liking. As my question states, why? If the buyer wants a product and is willing to pay a set price, why should they care. A transaction requires 2 parties. One with something for sale at a price they want or need. The other party that is wanting to exercise their purchasing power and acquire something. Amazon make 15 percent no matter the price, so why do they need to monitor pricing? What two consenting parties do should be between them. I just don't get it.

Hello,

I'm hoping someone can help us here. A bit of background, we have been selling on Amazon.co.uk since 2018 and up until 2024 we have had our UK VAT number registered to our USA address and LLC name. We opened up a shop in the UK so decided to update our VAT business name to match our UK company name. This created a mismatch with our Amazon business name and our VAT business name. We have navigated to this section:

Seller Central > Settings > Account Info > Business Information > Business Address and Phone Number

however we receive the following error:

"Something went wrong, please try again later."

We have been through several cases with Seller Support, emailed every email we have been provided, and tried to navigate through the "Reactivate your account" button. Seller Support states that this issue is due to a KYC verification, so we have reached out to that team as well (with no response). This has become an urgent situation as Amazon has stated they will destroy our £50k inventory in the next month if our account is not reactivated.

We have also attempted to change our business information back with the HMRC, however their timeline on the change would be July 8th at which point all of our inventory will be destroyed. We have significant inventory tied up, employees hours being cut, and no solutions provided by Seller Support. Is there anyone who can help or provide any kind of contact information of Amazon support who can actually fix this issue?

Hello,

After successfully selling on our website, we have been planning our brand launch on Amazon for months. We've invested thousands of dollars in expert support, creative, and inventory to get to this point. We are a creatine gummy supplement brand that has blocked our listing due to Amazon not accepting applications for products in the new condition under Human ingestible products.

Since, this has become an issue, we have successfully become brand registered and approved. Brand Registry case ID is 17701500671

We have opened a case with Seller Support (Case ID: 17689841001), and they did not have any answers or solutions.

The amazon seller central has tons of infomation but that itself is a problem for a part time rookie seller. I found it is confusing what to do to promote my business which i do for part time and only has one product in two models ( clarinet to be exact)

Hello Amazon Support Team,

We have lost the buy box of one of our top selling ASIN due to incorrect establishment of Competitive Pricing Threshold (SCFOD) by Amazon for the ASIN.

I have already disputed this with amazon but there is no response in the past 24 hours while we are losing our sales.

Amazon support said that they have escalated this to internal team for further investigation but we need this to be fix immediately.

Wrongfully being denied for brand approval.

Hello!

I was approved to sell NIKE branded products in 2023, but last month had to get reapproved like many others. I got an invoice from an authorized distributor totaling 100 items and included the FedEx proof of delivery and product photos in my documentation. Despite having every piece of required information for brand approval, I have been denied dozens of times now. I have been given many false reasons for denial like "The document you submitted must be legible." Often times I am not even given a reason for denial, and when I ask for one they ignore my message and send me the same application denied script while completely disregarding the request I sent them.

As an Amazon seller that relies on this brand to make a living, this situation has been very frustrating for me. I know many people in the community who had no issues with being reapproved for this brand. I have sold this brand for years and am committed to selling only authentic items sourced from authorized distributors.

Does a community manager or anybody else have any advice to offer? Thanks!

Hello,

I'm working with an independent contractor (graphic designer) to help revamp my brand store. How do I allow her access to my brand store but not to any financial and sensitive data? When I look in "user permissions" I see only 3 types of users and they all seem to have access to sensitive data. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
