Target Price for RM 24

I am about to renegotiate my RM 24 rates after I have found out that I am paying quite a lot. I am wondering what my target price should be. I know people don't like to divulge what they are paying but maybe you could suggest what I should be aiming for if shipping about 10,000 per year with an average weight of 800 grams. I already have daily collections.

Hi all

I am wondering if any mods can help here as I have been waiting for a brand approval for the Ireland market. I already have approval for the UK market.

The decision date was the 20th dec and it is now 5th Jan so it is well past the decision date.

I have replied now on three occasions to the approval case but am getting no replies from those.

I have also reached out to seller support and unfortunately they are unable to help and either tell me to wait longer or refer me back to the case that is active but as explained this is proving fruitless.

Any help looking into this woud be greatly appreciated.

Could any one help please I am not sure what to do next and SS are no help.

A customer opened a return request

Reason for return-Purchased in addition to other things, decided not to give to daughter in the end, sorry for any inconvenience caused

The item came back yesterday a very expensive box of lego

1.All mini figures are missing

2.There is a large number of pieces missing. (155 in all)

3.All the inner bags have been opened and resealed with tape.

4.A Dangerous sharp item was found in one of the bags.

5.An attempt was made to reseal the box with glue but this failed.

6.The instuction booklet is all ripped and an attempt has been made to reseal this to make it look still new.

7.All the stickers have been used from the attached booklet.

I opened a case with Amazon Case id 10682699242 to seek advice and all I got was try the T safe.

This is FBM order and I have read that if I give a refund I can not process a claim??

I have wrote to the customer expressing my concerns and maybe they have made a mistake and returned the wrong item. My other major concern is there was a very sharp large drawing pin in one of the packets and it worrys me that had I not checked the return over properly and just put this item back into stock a child could have got injured.Should I report this to the police as the customer really tried hard to make the item look new again.

Any advice is more than welcome.

How to total shpping costs over the tax year

I now use Amazon's Buy Shipping.

I will need a total cost of shipping in the tax year April 2023 to April 2024.

I can't see any way of getting this total apart from adding up the figure give at each disbursement. Can anyone help?

discussion.hi I'm new to this and I've set up a LTD company and set up my account, nearly every product i try to list is asking for an invoice, have I set this up wrong somehow because other sellers I know didn't have this many products asking for an invoice or permission?

Can anyone help as this is very frustrating,thanks.

Selling on Amazon Gives me Hope.

I have been selling on Amazon for just over a Month now, Basic drop shipping practices, no late deliveries and dispatching almost immediately. It's all so much work and fair play to everyone on here! it's not as easy as it looks and takes a lot of effort. Genuinely hope for everyone out there that this all works out for you! i have done £3.5k in Sales in 33 Days, It may seem like alot but i genuinely want to know if thats good? I aim for 30-40% profit and i'm wondering if there's anything else i can do? orders have gotten slow after Christmas, usually only £50 a day! Any tips?

We have been sellers on Amazon for over 10 years, and our experience in the past was exceptional. However, since returning to the platform, we have been deeply disheartened by the current state of Seller Central customer service.

For over a month, we have been dealing with an ongoing case 10629259682 that has yet to be resolved. This is just a newer case of another one which was not resolved. Despite providing all requested information promptly and in full, we have been repeatedly asked to resubmit the same details. Promises of resolution are made, but they are consistently followed by emails requesting the same information again. This suggests that customer concerns are not being read or properly addressed, which has resulted in significant delays and frustration.

When we attempt to seek support via chat, we are often disconnected mid-conversation, or the representatives appear to not read or understand our messages. This level of service is unacceptable, and it is evident that we are not alone in our dissatisfaction, as reflected in the numerous 1-star ratings for Seller Support from other sellers.

We are in the process of moving our brand to Amazon, with anticipated sales exceeding $1 million in the first year. However, the stress and inefficiency we are encountering in listing our products have led us to question whether Amazon is the right fit for our business.

We respectfully request the following:

Immediate escalation of our case to a senior representative or a member of the escalation team who can take ownership and resolve the issue.

A detailed explanation of the delays and mismanagement we have experienced.

Clear and effective communication moving forward to ensure that no further time is wasted.

Amazon has been a trusted platform for sellers for years, and we hope this experience is not indicative of a systemic decline in service quality. We urge you to address this matter with the seriousness it deserves and look forward to a swift resolution.

Valid POA for snow?

We are likely to not get a collection today as we are snowed in completely, living atop a rural hill with no roads gritted.

We are SFP and this will inevitably lead to a POA request - what would a valid excuse be as I know that Amazon accept no excuses?

Hello,

We have been selling on Amazon more than for 7 years.

All our products are different sizes and colors. For this reason, our listings are of different colors and sizes.

More than two months ago, most of our listings were split.

Products that have four sizes were in one listing, now all these sizes are in different listings. ( like single items) All feedback also was split separately.

This is not all listings, but most of them.

Example : listing with 4 different sizes had 30 feedbacks

Now this product has 4 new listings and feedback shows not 30 for every size.

We tried to add the size again via edit listing ( Add an existing stand-alone listing: ) the system shows(Successfully added SKU ......... to the table below)

-safe and finish -

"Changes submitted

Thank you for submitting your changes. If approved, changes will be reflected within 24 hours."

Unfortunately, nothing updated after 24-48-72h

Please keep in mind that most of the affected listings are not new. They are more than 2-3 years

Do you know anyone how to resolve this issue?
