I’m reaching out for urgent help. My tablet battery product was removed on May 22 with no clear reason. When appealing, Amazon cited “safety risk” but refused to review my documentation, just stating it is prohibited.

Key Facts:

It's a standard tablet battery (not button/coin/cylindrical batteries, which are Amazon’s banned types).

I have detailed specs (e.g., capacity, voltage) and circuit diagrams proving it’s safe and compliant.

Has anyone faced similar misclassification? How did you get Amazon to reevaluate? Any tips to get them to actually look at my evidence and restore the listing?

The OTP is not coming to my messages. I have the messages app on both my iphone and ipad, usually get the OTP on both, but not receiving anything now. Thankfully, I am able to receive a phone call with the OTP and then I can proceed to get into my account. Anyone have a suggestion? thanks!

I've notice after adding items, items seems to be ghosted randomly in "manage your inventory" (ie. not showing up in order of being listed. However, the item is still active on the listing & shows up in manage inventory if you search your inventory).

is this a glitch? Or faulty design?
