Dear Amazon team and Seller Community,
I am writing here out of deep frustration and concern, hoping this message will finally reach someone with the authority and experience to truly review my situation.
I have submitted a valid invoice from a legitimate and authorized Nike distributor for 100 units, including all required details — my business information, product names, quantities, transaction date, supplier’s contact details, and more.
STILL, THE SYSTEM CONTINUES TO REJECT MY APPLICATION AUTOMATICALLY, WITH NO EXPLANATION OR HUMAN REVIEW.
I HAVE BEEN AN APPROVED NIKE SELLER FOR OVER A YEAR, SOLD THOUSANDS OF UNITS, AND MAINTAINED A HEALTHY ACCOUNT WITH NO POLICY VIOLATIONS.
This is not a new application. I invested in new inventory specifically to meet Amazon’s updated requirements, and I did everything in good faith.
NOW, I HAVE A LARGE INVENTORY BLOCKED AT THE FBA WAREHOUSE, AND I AM INCURRING FINANCIAL LOSSES DUE TO A NEGATIVE ACCOUNT BALANCE FROM RETURNS AND STORAGE FEES.
I followed the rules, submitted the invoice along with photos showing the 100 units — and yet my business is at a standstill, with no support or clarification.
OTHER SELLERS I PERSONALLY KNOW USED THE SAME INVOICE FORMAT, FACED MULTIPLE AUTOMATIC REJECTIONS (10 TO 15 TIMES), UNTIL FINALLY ONE WAS RANDOMLY APPROVED.
This proves there is no clear standard or consistent process — just an unpredictable system that works by chance.
I AM TRULY SHOCKED AND DISCOURAGED THAT A COMPANY AS RESPECTED AS AMAZON ALLOWS SELLERS’ LIVELIHOODS TO DEPEND ON AN AUTOMATED SYSTEM WITH NO HUMAN EVALUATION.
How can I continue building a serious business if I must rely on luck to be approved — or risk being shut down at any moment?
At this point, I am respectfully requesting that a real person — preferably a senior team member or brand approval specialist — take a fair look at my case.
@Jess-Amazon @Natasha-Amazon @Sean-Amazon — your support or guidance would be deeply appreciated.
Thank you,
