I have my own registered design certificate for my product in UK IPO. I am selling the same product design which I have certificate for. Someone has claimed that I am infringing his design rights. Amazon has deactivated my listing. I have submitted my certificate on Amazon appeal center. But Amazon has rejected my certificate. Then I have called the health support center. They said that my certificate has no problem. My certificate is absolutely ok. There is no problem. But the complainant certificate date is earlier than me.

We also get our desing registered in same colour as our product in listing.

PS: We have been selling that perticular product from 2018 and the claiment has registered the desing in 2023 and get our listings removed.

Do Sellers Matter to Amazon?

As a seller who has made over 15,000 product sales in just the past year, I’ve come to realize that sellers have no value in Amazon’s eyes. If you encounter an issue, there is no one to address your concerns directly. Principles like the rule of law, fairness, or even basic honesty seem irrelevant. I’m one of the thousands of sellers whose accounts were suspended on suspicion of selling counterfeit products. Despite months of effort, I haven’t been able to make any progress.

Throughout all my sales, I have never received a single complaint about counterfeit products, nor have I ever sold one. For the product in question, I provided all the necessary documents, including invoices, dates, sources, payment methods used during purchase, delivery details, and records of when and how the products were sent to Amazon's FBA warehouse. Despite presenting this evidence, my appeal has been repeatedly rejected with the same generic response.

I’ve faced issues on other platforms before, but they always requested any missing documents or information, and once I provided them, the problems were resolved. Since there was always a human counterpart on the other side, mutual communication made it possible to resolve the issue. However, with Amazon, I feel like I’m talking to a wall. It’s as though the evidence I’ve provided and my appeal carry no weight at all. I have never encountered such arbitrariness on any other platform.

Because I’m entirely confident in myself and the authenticity of my product, I decided to initiate a mediation process and, if unresolved, pursue legal action. But even my mediation request has gone unanswered for months. Despite having a significant amount of my money and products tied up with Amazon, it feels like an automatic rejection system is in place to avoid addressing the issue.

I genuinely want to ask other sellers: how do you continue trusting Amazon to grow your business? How do you invest thousands of dollars into such an unreliable system? You might think that I must have done something wrong, and therefore, this situation wouldn’t happen to you. But trust me, I thought the same. I believed I was operating completely within Amazon’s policies, following every rule, and that nothing like this could ever happen to me. But this belief was an illusion.

If you can share your experiences and contribute to this discussion, I’m sure it would help many sellers in similar situations. Thank you in advance.

Can someone please explain what is in the image attached? Please tell me that it's not correct that when I made a sale at cost price to remove all stock that Amazon didn't charge me more than the sale price. So, should I expect to see 2650.00 pounds going into my account?

Ungating Grocery and Gourmet Foods

Hi Everyone,

I am a new seller on amazon and trying to ungate grocery, bought 10 units of a product from a UK wholesaler here and submitted the invoice which clearly details the name, address and contact details of the supplier, product name and code, quantity purchased, but this has been refused by amazon severally and unsure why? Could this be because it's a new account?

I also have gotten another set of product, this time from brand direct and have the invoice already but just waiting for the shipment to take pictures of the product, will i also encounter this problem trying to ungate this category as it is still under grocery and gourmet food?

Anything i can do differently?? Can anyone from Amazon please respond, I have contacted seller support multiple times and they can't seem to help me. Help please!

Whenever I try to list a product under a generic, unbranded, or unknown brand listing, I do not make any changes to the product detail page, but I still receive this error.

"5886: You cannot change a product detail page, add offers on another seller’s generic product, or copy the product detail page to another store. If you want to sell a generic product, you must create a new product. To create a new product, follow the process outlined in the Add a Product tool. For more information, go to the Amazon Generic Product policy."

Error setting up new Amazon Attribution Campaign

Hi I'm setting up a new Amazon Attribution Campaign for Google Search. The issue is when I add the click through URL in the Ad Group. I get an error message that says 'Enter a valid Amazon URL beginning with.......' (See screenshot). This is exactly what I have done, I've added the link for my product detail page on Amazon which is an Amazon URL. I've got no idea how to solve this problem - anyone got any suggestions?? Thanks

VTR Issue Again 14th January

Anyone else had shipments marked as invalid on their VTR overnight??

Overnight we have had nearly 100 shipments marked as invaild, when 100% of the labels have been purchased via buy shipping.

Opened a case with support now have to wait and see what pointless pre-typed response we get.

I think this may be the final nail in the coffin to depart from this farcical site
